Members of the 44th Leadership San Angelo class got a firsthand look at bilingual education in action on October 8 as San Angelo ISD welcomed approximately 30 community leaders to Bradford Elementary for the group's annual Education Day.

San Angelo ISD will host an optional immunization clinic in partnership with La Esperanza Clinic Pediatric Health to provide SAISD families accessible opportunities for all SAISD students kindergarten through 12th grade to get Texas-required immunizations. Immunizations available on-site at the clinics will include Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR), Chickenpox (VAR), Diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertussis (DTAP), Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (TDAP), Meningococcal (MCV), Polio (IPV), Pneumococcal (PCV), Haemophilus Influenzae Type B (Hib), and Hepatitis A and B.

San Angelo ISD is excited to share Free College Application Week, October 12-18, 2026! During this week, Texas residents can apply to Texas public colleges and universities without paying an undergraduate application fee using Apply Texas. To prepare, we encourage high school seniors to create accounts in ApplyTexas and My Texas Future. These two free resources can help students explore college and career options, compare programs, and simplify the application process.
